It slows us down so we can finally feel what has been accumulating under the surface.
This retreat is created for that moment.
Awaken Aliveness is a two day immersive journey to help you release what has been heavy and reconnect with the deeper clarity, energy and truth inside you.
We breathe.
We move.
We express.
We tell the truth.
We reconnect with what is real.
Through breathwork (Breathwave), somatic awareness, emotional fluency, creative expression and honest inquiry, you will unwind tension, meet yourself with more presence and open space for new possibility.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It is about remembering the aliveness that has always been here.
If you have been feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, stuck in your head or disconnected from your creative fire, this weekend will serve you.
You will leave grounded, clearer and more connected to the direction that is right for you.
