Awaken - A Full Sensory Experience

This is a 3-hour guided immersive sensory experience with Cheryl Bailey and Caitlin Strempel, designed to guide you out of the mind and back into the body—where your truth, your intuition, and your presence live.

We begin in an intentional circle, creating a space of safety, connection, and grounding. From there, you’ll be guided through a workshop, Why the Body, where we explore the connection between the mind and the somatic body—understanding how we’ve been conditioned to live in thought, and what becomes available when we return to feeling.

The experience then unfolds into a guided sensory journey through the five senses—touch, taste, smell, sight, sound, and your 6th sense—each one intentionally woven to anchor you deeper into your body. As you move through each layer, you’ll begin to notice what shifts… what opens… what wants to be felt.

This is not about doing more. It’s about allowing yourself to receive, to experience, feel and to remember.
