Aw Shucks! Workshop

Join us for a shuckin' workshop inside our private event space, The Audubon Room. The night will include a welcome martini followed by an introduction to oysters from Oyster John of Fountain of Youth Oysters. Next, John will walk the class of 10 through the proper technique of oyster shucking. Once you've mastered the craft, slurp down your dozen with our perfectly paired NBRS Dirty Martini. Additional food & drinks will be available for purchase.
