For the first time ever, we are giving you a front-row look at the sport we built.
AVT is not a class. Not a workout. Not a gym.
AVT is a real, competitive fitness game — with players, coaches, referees, scoring, teams, and one winner every game.
Every player gets their own equipment, their own program, and their own score.

- This event will feature a live demo of a condensed AVT game — including an Activation Period, 3 scored rounds of exercises, and a Finisher.
- We will explain the scoring system. How Volume Average Percentage (VA%) turns effort — not athleticism — into the number that wins the game.
- You will meet our coaches and see how they lead the game from the moment the clock starts. No player will be lost. And no one is ignored.
- Connect with the AVT Community. Meet the founder of the game, our coaches, and the AVT team.
