The Avonroad social club Bournemouth is turning 100 as many of you know this is the venue where Tony Hancock took to the stage for his very first professional appearance as a comedian, we have a mega weekend coming up starting with the Friday, the 7th of August and ending on Sunday, the 9th of August 2026. We have a live band on Friday night and to finish with a grand finale on Sunday night we have a live band , what I think would be a real fitting tribute is on the Saturday night. I’m looking for a reasonably priced comedian who would like to take to that very stage.
