Avida Luna Wellness: Sunset Reset Experience

This experience is designed to guide our body into a state of deep relaxation and restoration through a combination of clinical support and sensory-based wellnes practices.

You will be gently guided through a structured yet calming flow that integrates breathwork, live sound healing, and the surrounding environment to support nervous system regulation while receiving iv hydration.

This is a small-group, intentionally curated experience to ensure each participant recieves personalized attention in a peaceful setting.

Collaborative Experience

This experience includes live sound healing provided by a collaborating sound healing practitioner, bringing together both clinical and holistic approaches to support full-body restoration.

What you should know

• This is an outdoor beach experience waiting for the sunset
• Recliner seating will be availabe for IV hydration
• Ground seating is optional if you prefer to bring a mat or blanket
• The experience will flow a relaxed guided format- no prior experience needed

Medical and Safety information

• IV hydration is administered by a Registered Nurse,BSN under medical protocols
• A same-day telehealth consulation and health screeening are required prior to treatment
• Services are provded through a secure, HIPAA-compliant medical platform
