Avia Popup - June 2026 - 8:30 Seating

Avia returns with another 8-10 course tasting menu inspired by the food of Nonnas, Grandmas, Omas, Abuelas, and Babushkas. Expect nods to midwestern cookery, nostalgic childhood references, and personal connections from our team with each course. The menu is price at $210 per person, service included. For the first time, an optional wine pairing showcasing 4-5 selections may be added onto the experience for $95 per person, service included. Alternatively, guests are welcome to bring their own beverages should they so choose.

What does "Service Included" mean? The restaurant landscape has long been filled with hidden fees, service charges, and unspoken expectations regarding gratuity. After years in the hospitality business, our team grew tired of what this meant for restaurant professionals and their guests. In turn, we decided to do away with these fees and built our team's compensation directly into the ticket price. No tip lines. No surprise charges. No awkward math at the end of the night.

Avia does not have a dress code, however, the majority of our guests choose to wear business or business casual clothing.
