In Person Attendees:• At this time you must be vaccinated to attend in person.
• Breakfast is buffet style. Cost including tax and tip is $26.50 per person.
• The SB Club asks that we RSVP the number of breakfasts to be served by 10:00 a.m. the day before. If you will attend in person and want breakfast, please RSVP for the meal to the Club Service Director (Judith at [email protected]) by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 15.
• You have the option NOT to order breakfast and you will not be charged.
• We would appreciate it if all club members planning to attend in person would send a copy of their COVID vaccine card to Judith. This will only need to be done ONCE. These will be kept on file by the SB Club and will not be needed again. Guests and visiting Rotarians are welcome but they should bring their vaccination card (or a photo of it) to the meeting.
• Masks should be worn when entering/exiting the dining room at the club but they can be removed once you are in the dining room (for meal and meeting).
Virtual Attendance: Any member may attend the meeting virtually via the Zoom meeting invitation, as always. There will be a camera on the room and on the speaker so that virtual attendees can feel the context of the room and see the speaker. The only difference is that two of the Zoom "attendees" will be a camera shot of the room and a camera shot of the podium.
The format of the room will be the same as always. We will be viewing slides as a screen share on Zoom so that both virtual attendees and in-person attendees will be viewing the same slides.
