VERY IMPORTANT! PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON HIGHWAY! There will be parking provided off Hermosa Meadows Rd.Weather permitting, balloons will launch from the field on Hermosa Meadows Road (County Road 255) next to Highway 550. We'll start around 7:30am. Come early to watch the balloons as they set up for the launch and watch them in the sky in the valley for an hour or more!!! There are often opportunities to be part of the balloon crew. Look for an official or message us here if you are interested.
Mass Ascensions of up to 28 balloons on Saturday and Sunday morning.
Free tethered balloon rides for the kids start around 8:30 am (weather permitting). Longtime balloonist Kathy Smith will stay behind to give your little ones the chance to go up, up, up, but not away! Join them both Saturday and Sunday.
