Avalos Solera DuoTango Meets Classical
The Avalos Solera duo will present the album, Bach en Bandoneón, which consists of selected works from Bach's Well-Tempered Clavier. They will also perform their own arrangements of classic tangos to show the intersections between baroque music and tango.

ABOUT THE ARTISTS:
The Avalos Solera duo is an ensemble that is always looking for new sounds and musical propositions. The duo emerged virtually over the pandemic, where they began to develop and conceive of their first album, Bach en Bandoneón. This concept became a reality in December 2021, when it was recorded over a weekend in the Iglesia de la Congregación Evangélica Alemana de Buenos Aires in Argentina. They have performed in Buenos Aires and throughout the United States, playing in important venues such as the Auditorium of the National University of the Arts, Cafe Vinilo, and Columbia University.
