Autumn’s embrace - a balance of stillness and spiral movement Join Maureen for a 2 hour extended workshop with a focus on introspection and letting go.
Somatic movements for internal body awareness. Specific grounding spiral sequencing to target the feet hands spine hips and shoulders.
A balanced practice consisting of static poses with deep edges and the creative sequencing of warming flow for strength mobility and balance.
Ending with bolster supported poses and gentle inversions to restore and revitalise.
Will be a very cozy atmosphere set to music with lots of props and modifications for all levels.
