Autumn welcomes a time of change. The temperature cools, the leaves change, the day and night become balanced, and the world prepares for the cold, dark winter months. As the world shifts around us, we are invited to explore gratitude, balance, and harmony. Join Krystine Smith of Peak Music and Wellness to explore the autumnal shifts in your own life with this music imagery workshop. You will be invited to connect deeply to your inner world through guided imagery meditations facilitated with music and processed through mandala creation. You do not need to be musical to participate in or enjoy this workshop! All materials will be provided.
Music Imagery is an adaptation of the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music, a depth-informed music-centered approach to music psychotherapy. Krystine Smith, MA, MT-BC, FAMI, RYT is a Board Certified Music Therapist, Fellow by the Association for Music and Imagery, Registered Yoga Teacher (500-hr), and owner of Peak Music and Wellness, LLC.
