A "forest bath" doesn't require a swimsuit or even water! Instead a forest bath is a mellow sensory walk in nature where participants are given a series of prompts to drop into the present and connect with the more-than-human world that surrounds them. For the best experience wear comfy clothes walking shows bring an extra layer of clothes to keep warm and a folding chair or blanket.
