Join Casey O’Leary, a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide from Earthly Delights By Nature, for an evening after hours forest bathing walk in the Garden. A "forest bath" doesn't require a swimsuit, or even water! Instead, a forest bath is a mellow, sensory walk in nature, where participants are given a series of prompts to drop into the present and connect with the more-than-human world that surrounds them. For the best experience wear comfy clothes, walking shows, bring an extra layer of clothes to keep warm, and a folding chair or blanket.This is an outdoor experience.
