As the wheel of the year turns, we gather to honor the Autumnal Equinox—a moment of perfect balance between light and dark, day and night. This sacred turning point marks the transition into fall, a season of release, renewal, and inner reflection. Just as the trees shed their leaves, we too are invited to let go of what no longer serves and create space for deeper clarity, rest, and transformation.

Celebrate this seasonal shift with a special evening Soundbath pop-up, designed to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit with the rhythms of the Earth. We will begin by tuning in with a mantra and guided reflection to align with the energy of the equinox before surrendering into a nourishing savasana. From there, Sotantar Suraj and Gian Shakti will carry us through an immersive sound journey with planetary gongs, alchemy crystal bowls, and sacred vibrational instruments—clearing, balancing, and attuning us to the energy of renewal.

The Autumn Equinox reminds us of the beauty in balance and the wisdom in letting go. Through sound, intention, and stillness, we align with the season’s call to release and return to center—emerging grounded, restored, and ready to embrace the transformative months ahead.
