We invite you to join Angela Scharfenberger and Laura Spaulding for an evening of deep relaxation. Beginning with a delightful sound bath by Angela, the journey continues with yoga nidra with Laura "Climbing the Sacred Mountain".Proceeds benefit the Trini Foundation, dedicated to supporting yoga for recovery. Join us afterwards for Bonfire and Chai in the garden to celebrate the inauguration of AA meetings beginning October 4th: Grounded - Meditation for Recovery, Fridays 7:00 pm at Kentucky Street.
