Join Monica for a meditative journey to connect with nature and find balance as we welcome a new season.This Autumnal Equinox Ceremony is based in Shamanism which isn't connected to any specific religion or tradition but to the time when our ancestors were all one with nature and spirit.
Together, we'll create a sacred circle, receive a vibrational clearing to let what's no longer serving us fall away, and be guided to meditate with the spirit of nature to align ourselves with Autumn's gifts.
