While we may not see many falling, colorful leaves in our park, we do have gorgeous fall-blooming species such as black-eyed susans, compass plant, and many varieties of native grasses, asters, and goldenrods to add autumn color to our prairies! Come celebrate our transition from a time of growth into a time of rest on a hike with our Naturalist on our last day of summer. Meet at the south entrance Lakeshore State Park sign for better access to parking for DNR staff and patrons. All ages and abilities welcome!
