A special day retreat at Gwaelod-y-Garth Village Hall including a pub lunch at the renowed Gwaelod-y-Garth Inn 😊🙏🟠 Saturday - October 25th - 10am to 3pm
🟠 The day is designed to be a special treat to breathe, rest and recharge your batteries in a peaceful setting.
🟠 The day will start with a recharging Hatha Yoga session. We will then break for lunch, taking a 5 minute walk to the Gwaelod-y-Garth Inn (Lunch is included, worth £18).
🟠 After lunch we will practise gentle Yin Yoga before a one hour full sound bath with symphonic gongs, crystal, Tibetan singing bowls, handpan and other instruments.
