You are warmly welcomed to join us for a creative writing workshop at The Bridge Inn, Grinton. Swaledale is stunningly beautiful throughout the year, but experiencing its autumnal magic is simply not to be missed. Come along to explore your creativity with words, catching the colours and spectacular skies of this ever-changing landscape. We will begin with a short walk to take photos of Grinton in shades of autumn, then return to The Bridge for an afternoon of writing prompts and guided activities. These will be focused on the transitional beauty of the season, as well as delving into what autumn can mean for us.
If it is dry and warm enough outside, we will sit at the outdoor tables, but if the weather is wet (which it often is in this part of the world!), we will cosy up for writing in the snug. No previous writing experience is necessary - just join us in a relaxed environment and let the surroundings bring out your creativity.
