A fun, high energy three hour training day where students are split into workshops and are grouped according to belt colour/age. They learn and practice different aspects of karate such as; line work, katas and sparring techniques. There is also a kata/mini kihon competition where all students will have a chance to win a medal. For those who are ready to grade for a new belt, they will be called over at some point during the day to perform their grading syllabus to the chief instructor Andy. There will be students attending from all our clubs and you will get the chance to train with different instructors (as well as familiar ones) and meet students from different venues. Those attending will make great strides in their progress!!
