We welcome you to join us on a magical evening of sound as we enter the autumn season. Together at Root Down Yoga in Muskegon, we’ll gather in community to experience the enchanting vibrations of flutes, gongs, crystal bowls, drums and more.
Autumn invites us to rest, slow down, and gently release what no longer serves us. This journey offers a space for you to lay down, close your eyes, and let the music guide you inward.
Rob, Daniel and Melissa have been collecting new instruments to weave into this special evening, creating a container for reflection, relaxation and renewal.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blankets, comfortable clothing, water, and if you wish, a journal and pen.
