Autumn Sound and Gong Bath
As we move into the cooler darker months we are invited to slow down, rest and be nourished. Nature is inviting us into the season of release, reflection, and reconnection.
Experience a deeply relaxing yoga nidra (guided relaxation) as you are bathed in the transformational sounds and vibrations of gongs, singing bowls and other instruments to take you to a deeper state of consciousness. Let the busy thinking mind quieten and find the peace and stillness within, leaving you relaxed, retuned and rebalanced.

Bring anything you need to be warm and comfortable as you will be lying on the floor, so a blanket, a cushion for your head and a mat. MORE IS BETTER!
