AUTUMN SACRED SANCTUARY
A SacredTransformational Journey through Prayer, Sacred Sound Healing & Breathwork, Somatic movement, Expressive Healing Arts, & Nervous System Regulation
Wednesday evening, Nov. 4th at 6:30-9:00.
This is an invitation to step out of the rushing, striving, and constant doing…
and enter a sacred space to slow down, soften, receive, and restore.
Over five weeks, we’ll journey together through:
Nervous system rest & regulation
Somatic movement & embodiment
Holy Light Breathwork
Sacred sound healing
Prayer & meditation
Intention setting & journaling
Gentle inner reflection
Connection, sisterhood & sacred rest
Expressive Healing arts
Autumn reminds us that we don’t have to hold onto everything.
There is a season for gathering what has grown, giving thanks for what has been, releasing what has completed, and turning inward to listen more deeply.
This sanctuary is a place to reconnect with your body, your heart, your breath, and the Holy Light…
not to become more,
but to soften.
To rest.
To receive.
To listen.
To remember.
If your heart is longing for a gentler rhythm this season, you are warmly invited to join us.
Wednesday evening, Nov. 4 at 6:30-9:00 located in East Medford, Oregon
To Registration: Call Shelley Brechtel 541-324-7850
Limited Spaces are available for this intimate journey. Heated massage tables available for each woman. We would love to welcome you into the sanctuary!
