A 3-hour mini retreat focused on creating meaningful autumn rituals that foster grounding, releasing, and nourishment. Participants will learn properties and tips for staying healthy through the Fall, and engage in hands-on practices to support their wellness, including crafting a seasonal herb bath soak, preparing an immune-boosting tea, and making a gemstone-infused essential oil roll-on. The retreat will end with a grounding meditation and release ritual.
