We understand that each individual is unique, requiring personalized care and attention. Our Day Retreats are designed with this philosophy in mind, offering a variety of services including mindfulness practices, yoga sessions, and meditation workshops.
Autumn Retreat day Sunday Oct 20 st
Our Retreat Schedule:
9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Start your day focused and calm with a session of Guided Meditation.
10:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Dive deeper into self-awareness with our Connected Breath Workshop.
12:45 PM: Enjoy a Light Lunch in the tranquil setting of our garden if the weather is nice or in the hotel from October onwards .
1:15 PM – 2:15 PM: Relax and rejuvenate as you enjoy our pool and garden area.
2:15 PM: Depending on the day, participate in either an additional workshop or a yoga session to enhance your physical and spiritual well-being. Please ask upon arrival.
4:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Conclude your day with our Sound Healing session, designed to restore your inner peace and balance.
