Explore yoga and movement, practice meditation within the beauty of Nature, and release into deep relaxation, paired with the gong, singing bowls and sound healing instruments.

Grace Magnusson has been working on her personal yoga practice for over eight years. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training through the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in November of 2016 and is currently working towards her 500-hour certification. Grace incorporates breath, meditation, sound healing and live music into her yoga sessions and shares her passion for yoga and healthy living across Litchfield County. She is also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and personal home-chef with a focus on local food and plant based recipes.
Kristen Famiglietti, LMT works as a massage therapist and is the owner of Divinely Guided Massage. She attended Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and quickly went on to acquire CT state license in massage therapy. She has experience in Swedish massage, relaxation techniques, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, sports massage and a wide variety of energy work.
Wisdom House is an interfaith retreat and conference center presenting programs in spirituality, wellness, the arts, and ecology, and offering hospitality to academic, civic, nonprofit, and business organizations.
