Autumn Reset is a workshop designed to help you pause, reconnect with your body and learn simple tools to use in everyday life.
What to expect:
🎹 Live piano music
Beautiful live music played by a concert pianist will provide a backdrop to the experience, creating a magical atmosphere to enhance relaxation and reflection.
🌿 Movement
Simple, accessible exercises to release tension and explore how changing our physical state can influence how we feel.
🌬️ Breathwork
Gentle breathing techniques to encourage relaxation, and tools you can use during moments of stress.
🧘 Guided meditation
A chance to slow down and reconnect with your body and mind.
🚶 Mindfulness
A simple practice to help you enjoy the present moment.

No experience needed
There is nothing to get right and no performance expected. Just enjoy!
Everything can be adapted to what feels comfortable for you. You can participate at your own pace.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated, and a mat and/or blanket if you wish to lie down during certain activities.

Come as you are and leave with practical tools you can continue using in everyday life.
