We will flow from yoga to guided meditation, deeply releasing in to a soothing alchemy crystal sound journey.

Claire will be lovingly guiding you through a sequence of traditional ~ Asanas, Pranayama, Mantra & Meditation.

This practice is a beautiful offering to steady the mind & connect deeply with your heart, your true self and the wisdom that lies within your body and soul ?

Claire’s intention is to bring you clarity and understanding to the powerful potential of Traditional Hatha Yoga. These ancient teachings are medicine for the modern mind.

Georgia will then guide you through a relaxing meditation into a soothing sound bath let the tranquil sound, vibration and frequency float over you

Sound baths are simply a beautiful therapeutic way to allow yourself to achieve a meditative state, find inner peace and fully relax your nervous system through a journey of beautiful sounds and vibrations produced by a collection of Quarts, gemstone alchemy Crystal bowls alongside other healing instruments and chimes
