Join us for a walk, interval movements, community, and mindful time immersed in nature.Wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in that you keep you warm and dry from the elements. The event is always outdoors. We still move in the rain, snow and darkness. Feel free to bring a yoga mat on days the earth is dry and we will do some movements on that.
YOU are welcome here no matter where you are on your movement journey.
