Autumn Mini YOGA RETREATSunday 22nd September at 3pm - 6pm
Expect rejuvenating restorative yoga session with Olga followed by Afternoon Cream Tea and relaxing spa experience.
During Yoga session we will be focusing on the upper back, neck, shoulders. Expect to practice variety of postures to create sense of expansion and freedom in your chest, shoulders, neck and the Heart Centre(Anahata Chakra).
In our modern time of smart screens, we all collect a lot of tensions around the neck, shoulders, and upper body.
We will practice different stretches and strengthening exercises with some modifications to release pain, aches and tension; to improve blood circulation to our brain and feel better.
We will use some props, like a belt/strap, yoga blocks and bolsters for relaxation.
It doesn't matter how flexible you are or where you are starting from, you will leave with the greater feeling of freedom and space. Guided Meditation at the end of the practice.

After yoga practice we have Afternoon Cream Tea with scones. Then you can enjoy spa facilities - a swimming pool, jacuzzi and a steam room to finish your relaxing afternoon. Just bring your swimsuit!
