Ready to embrace Autumn!? ? Let’s do it together…

As daylight wanes after Equinox, and the season of transformation is underway, mmerse yourself in this sound healing experience designed to help you release, let go and surrender to the natural rhythms of the earth.

Let the soothing tones of crystal bowls, chimes and other healing instruments guide you into a deep state of relaxation.

During this meditative experience I will guide you to embrace the beauty of surrendering and letting go, much like the autumn leaves falling gracefully to the ground ready to be transformed.
