Autumn in the Heart of England Forest Arboretum - Guided Walk

Step into the stunning autumnal beauty of the Forest and experience the magic of the season! Join a member of our Forestry team for an exclusive 2-hour guided walk through the vibrant Heart of England Forest Arboretum, where the trees are putting on their most spectacular display of the year.

Beginning in some of our oldest plantations, you’ll follow permissive pathways and public rights of way through the Dorsington woodlands to the Arboretum, whilst immersed in a stunning display of colours as the trees transition for winter.

The Arboretum, which boasts over 600 species of trees, transforms into a living canvas each autumn. Discover how different trees change as the season turns, why some leaves turn fiery reds while others become golden yellows, and the vital role trees play in the ecosystem. Learn fascinating facts about both native and international tree species, and hear about the wildlife that call the forest home.
