Autumn in the Garden 2025: 20 Years of Arlington Garden

Arlington is celebrating its milestone 20th Anniversary with the return of our annual autumn garden party and we want you to join us!

Celebrate the garden's history and support Arlington's future at this special edition of Autumn in the Garden where we will we honor three visionary garden champions and the garden's inspiring growth from an unused lot into a Pasadena's only free, climate-appropriate public garden.

Linger in the Olive Allée in the twilight or wander a garden path while enjoying live music, catching up with friends new and old, snacking, and sipping on cool libations.

Let's toast the garden's past and future on October 19th!

• VIP Ticket ($200) includes attendance at the VIP award reception, light bites, and two drink tickets.
• The 20th Anniversary Bundle ($250) includes a VIP ticket, two jars of marmalade, a 20th Anniversary reprint of our Botanical Guide (out of print), and tote bag.
• General Admission ($100) includes the post-awards celebration with live music, light bites, and one drink ticket.
• Child Ticket (Ages 5-15) ($35) includes attendance at the VIP reception or main event , light bites and snacks, and an Arlington Garden Field Guide, when attending with a ticketed adult guest.
• Thank A Volunteer ($100) If you are unable to attend the event, but would like to thank a volunteer by purchasing an extra ticket, select that option during check out!

All attendees receive complimentary valet parking and non-alcoholic beverages. Additional wine and other alcoholic beverage tickets will be available for purchase at the event.

Use the early bird discount code AG20FOR20 for 20% off on all tickets before September 21st. Online ticket sales end at 11:59pm on Saturday, October 18th. Tickets will also be available for in-person purchase at the door.

This special 20th Anniversary Autumn in the Garden is an opportunity to look back on our history and the people who saw the possibility in this plot of land. These include founders Betty and Charles "Kicker" McKenney, Councilmember Steve Madison, and former City Manager Cynthia Kurtz who moved the garden from a possibility into a reality in 2005.

We will also look ahead to the next 20 years of the garden, and our committment to sustaining Arlington as a unique outdoor space of inspiration, urban wildlife habitat, education, and enjoyment for all ages - an inspirational model for community and climate action in the region.
