With the scents of essential oils, candles and fairy lights, immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, Shanti chimes, meditation flow chimes as we move into a phase of reflection, harvest & abundance. This is a time of balance, the transition from Summer to Autumn.

Please bring for your comfort:
Yoga mat or soft duvet to lie on
Blanket(s)
