🍂 Autumn Gathering🍂Sunday 16th November | 2–6pm | South Liverpool
Autumn is the season of gentle release — a time to exhale, reflect, and reconnect.
Just as the trees let go of their leaves, we too are invited to feel what is dropping away, to gather our harvest, and to return home to the heart
I’m so looking forward to gathering with you again in the cosy, candlelit comfort of my cabin space in South Liverpool for a nourishing afternoon to rest, reconnect, and be together in community.
This will be a heart-centred, soul-nourishing space to:
🍁Settle, soften, and be received just as you are
🌳 Share what’s alive within you — the joys, the challenges, the changes
🔥 Honour what’s falling away and celebrate all that’s been harvested this year
🍁 Connect through warmth, laughter, reflection, meditation and gentle ceremony
🌳 Refill your cup and feel the support of gathering with other beautiful beings
In the medicine wheel I work with, Autumn lies in the West — the place of the Waters, where emotion and wisdom meet.
It’s a powerful time in the wheel to gather your energy, release the weight of the year, and connect with your inner knowing before we move into the depth of the of winter.
Throughout the day we’ll have moments for heart centred sharing, laughter, guided practices, meditation, remembrance, honouring, and simple joyful moments together.
As with all my gatherings of this kind, medicines from the heart of mother earth will be woven throughout the day, these may include sprays, essential oils, essences, elixirs and more…
Handcrafted Herbal tea tailored to the day for its physical, emotional or energetic qualities will be lovingly served on the day.
Other herbal tea bags will also be on tap throughout the afternoon for you to enjoy
A cup of homemade, delicious vegan soup will be to close and ground our space together.

Other things you may wish to bring
🔥 A journal, or something to make notes on
🍁 Water (and lidded cup if you wish, although mugs are available)
🌳 The cabin has lots of cushions and some blankets, however, you may wish to bring your own for comfort
🔥 Cash incase you want to take any earth medicines home
🍁 If you wish to bring a small wholesome food item to contribution to the gathering you are most welcome
This is an intimate gathering for extra comfort and connectivity
Come as you are — open-hearted, curious, tender, wild, or weary
