Autumn foraging wander, lunch & wild medicine workshop

Join us at Hawkstone Park Follies for a day filled exploring nature's bounty.

Not one but two expert guides, both members of the association of foragers will lead you on a foraging wander where you'll discover a variety of wild and medicinal plants and fungi 🍄

Learn about the benefits of these edible treasures, how to safely identify them and create your own wellbeing remedies. There is so much to discover but the pace will be steady.

After building up an appetite you can enjoy a seasonal wild food inspired lunch & snacks before creating your own wild remedies to take home. We will focus on creating mushroom salts, powders, chocolates and tinctures.

This is a unique opportunity to connect with nature and expand your knowledge of wild ingredients with two professional foragers.
