Join us in a sacred ceremony to honour the transition from summer into autumn.At the Autumn Equinox we celebrate the balance between light and dark, and the shift of action to contemplation, building up to letting go, and movement towards stillness.
During our time together we will hold space to pause and reflect on how to best regenerate and replenish our energy this Autumn. We will release what feels heavy and unfulfilling, and embody the most authentic version of who we are. We will use this time to slow down, and move from the outward energy of summer and move inwards to a quieter space within.
This space is open to those seeking to deepen their connection to self through the rhythms of Mother nature.

embodiment through yoga asana, pranayama & meditation
journaling, reflection and the practice of svadhyaya (Self-study)
space holding & sharing
community connection with homemade cider & snacks
