Autumn Equinox Women's Circle

Women’s Circles are a beautiful way to bring together self identifying women from all different backgrounds to be seen, heard, held, supported and celebrated.

Women’s Circles allow us to connect with and share our most authentic selves, recognise our power & potential, embrace our vulnerability, nourish ourselves, and continue a tradition practised by our female ancestors who gathered in Moon Lodges and Red Tents thousands of years ago ⭕️

Within my circles I aim to create a space where:

? You will feel a true sense of belonging.

? You are listened to and held without the pressure to be fixed or to fix others.

? You can share without the fear of judgement and with the knowing that you will be accepted and celebrated for who you are.

? You can connect with your inner wisdom and feel deep connections with others.

? You remember the power that you hold as an individual and as a woman.

In this Autumn Equinox Women's Circle we'll be journeying through:

?A nature based guided meditation to ground, truly enter the space, and connect with the body and breath.

? A Sharing Circle - this is your time to share whatever is coming up for you in a safe, supportive, accepting and non-judgemental environment. You'll be seen, heard, held, supported and celebrated, and to hold this space for others too.

? DIY Crafting - be guided through making your own simple Autumn Equinox craft to add to your altar, decorate your home or gift to a loved one <3

? Intention Setting Ritual - set intentions for what you want to call into your life and release what is no longer serving you.

? Oracle/Affirmation Cards - connect with your intuition and receive a message from The Queen of The Moon Oracle & The Empowering Affirmations for Women Deck.

? Enjoy a cup of herbal tea ??

What to bring: A journal & pen, and water. I'll supply yoga mats, blankets & cushions.

Venue: Upstairs at SIX. Address: 107 Western Road, Hove, BN3 1FA.

Enter through the main restaurant doors and head up the stairs on the right hand side. Once upstairs head to the furthest door on the left labelled “studio”.

When: Saturday 21st September 4pm - 6pm (please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time).

Price: £12 - £22.
