Autumn Equinox Sound Healing & Celebration with Lauren Faye Higdon & Liza Binford
Come set intentions for the season and celebrate the upcoming Equinox with movement, sound, and silence. This is the 6th Annual Celebration and we would love to share it with you! Weather permitting, we will be in the courtyard under the twinkling lights.
Through breath and gentle yoga, we will open our bodies and hearts to feel the balance of the light and dark. Our minds will slow down and sink into the present as we sing and meditate with the mellifluous tones of the Crystal Bowls and Monochord.
Cost: $40 Early Bird, $45 at door
