🌿 Seasonal Fire Cider Ritual – We’ll open with a nourishing workshop led by a local herbalist. You’ll craft your own blend of fire cider. It’s a traditional tonic for immunity and vitality! While we learn about its roots and how it supports the body as we move into cooler, darker days.
🧘 Root Chakra Yoga Practice – Our flow will center around the root chakra, inviting steadiness, grounding, and presence. Thoughtfully sequenced for all levels, this practice will help you anchor into balance and embody the autumn energy of transition.
⭐️Soundbath & Guided Meditation – Sink into a full hour of immersive sound with crystal bowls and grounding tones. This deeply restorative journey is designed to release tension, restore balance, and leave you feeling harmonized from within.
