Welcome the season of change with an evening of gratitude, reflection, movement and restoration.
As summer gives way to autumn, nature reminds us that there is beauty in both abundance and letting go. The Autumn Equinox is a time of balance, inviting us to celebrate what has grown, honor what we've learned,and gently release what we're no longer meant to carry.
Join us for an intimate evening inside and within the garden of Bloom Skin Spa, where we'll gather in community for ritual, gentle movement, sound healing, Reiki and meaningful reflection.

This collaborative experience will be led by three Reiki Masters:
• Jessica Hope – MKE Yoga Social™
• Jessica Burns – Mosaic Healing & Wellness
• Amee Lirette – Bloom Skin Spa
Together, we'll hold space for gratitude, energetic clearing and seasonal renewal.
🍁 Evening Itinerary (6:00–8:00 PM)
6:00 – 6:30 PM
Arrival, grounding tea, and time to settle into the garden.
6:30 – 7:00 PM
Autumn Gratitude Ritual, Tea Intention & Fire Ceremony
We'll begin with a warm cup of tea and guided reflection as we acknowledge the blessings and lessons of the past season. Guests will receive a beautifully designed Autumn Equinox Intention Card before participating in a ceremonial sage fire ritual, symbolically releasing what no longer serves them and creating space for the season ahead.
7:00 – 7:25 PM
Slow Stretch Session with ambient sound support
Gentle, accessible movement designed to release tension, calm the nervous system and prepare the body to receive.
7:25 – 7:50 PM
Extended Sound Bath + Reiki Integration
Facilitated by Jessica Burns.
All three practitioners are Reiki Masters and will be offering Reiki throughout this portion of the evening.
7:50 – 8:00 PM
Closing Circle & Integration
