As the light begins to fade and the air cools, join us for a deeply intentional Autumn Equinox Release Ceremony. We'll begin with a slow, grounding yoga flow that connects you to the natural rhythms of the earth, inviting you to unwind and release what you’ve been carrying.
Following the practice, you'll be guided through a reflective journaling session, where you'll explore where balance is needed in your life and what you’re ready to let go of during this seasonal transition.
We’ll then gather for a Fire Ceremony, a sacred ritual where you’ll offer up your releases to the flames, symbolizing the shedding of old patterns and making space for renewal. Surrounded by the stillness of nature, this ceremony invites you to slow down, restore balance, and align with the gentle, transformative energy of the equinox.
What to Expect
6:00p - Yoga & Journaling - Theme: Balance and Transitions - Led by Sharon MacGregor
7:30p - Fire Ceremony: Participate in our sacred fire ceremony, where we come together to release the old and welcome the new. This communal ritual is a powerful way to release what holds us back, what is used up, what is heavy, connecting us back to the elements of nature. Led by Luz Brown, Advanced Master Practitioner of Shamanic Energy Medicine.
