Hello Lansing Community!Dr Elena Alawa and I are excited to share a unique Day Retreat of renewal and experiential learning at the beautiful location of Crown and Stone in Old Town, Lansing!
We have assembled a wonderful team of knowledgeable women to treat you as we prepare to support our bodies as we transition from the warmth of summer into the colder months to come!
We will begin with an opening circle followed by a beginner-friendly yoga and breathwork flow focused on supporting lymphatic health, led by Kjersti Vandesande! Leading into an interactive Q&A with Kjersti and Dr Elena Alawa regarding lymphatic and hormone health! Next divine chef Sarah Brown will be serving a plated lunch, delicious and nutritious! And the day will end with a guided angel meditation to balance the chakras, led by Reina Maliska!
