Join us in honoring the Autumn Equinox with a gathering of community, movement & reflection.
As the seasons shift, the Autumn Equinox invites us to pause, turn inward, and reconnect with our inner wisdom. This collaborative healing circle weaves together some of your favorite local practitioners holding space for renewal & connection, tea & divination, sharing wisdom & conversation. Our time together includes:
- Qigong for Happy Humming Hormones with Terri Dennis
- Yoga Nidra & Galactic Sound and Light Language Experience with Kerri Zelman & Darcy Wilson
- Group sound and toning with Terri & Darcy
- Tarot Circle with Gaby Winqvist
We will open our circle and get our energy flowing with Terri leading Qigong for Healthy Humming Hormones. From there, we'll settle into deep rest with a restorative yoga nidra practice led by Kerri, accompanied by Darcy's Galactic Sound and Light Language Experience, followed by a group sound and toning circle. We'll close our time together with an interactive sharing in the wisdom of tarot facilitated by Gaby, with tea & conversation.
We are all navigating the challenges of these times along with our own personal challenges so please, bring your joy, your sorrow and come as you are to pause and honor the turning of the seasonal wheel. Together we will explore and experience these healing practices in group connection. All are welcome!
