Come join us for a special Autumn Equinox Gratitude Circle at Kindred Healing Space ! Let's gather together to express our gratitude for the abundance in our lives as we welcome the changing of the seasons. This in-person event will be held at Colby Avenue, Everett, WA, USA .
This afternoon will include a gratitude practice, meditation, and Sound Bath.
It is recommended that you bring a journal, yoga mat, blanket, pillow(s), eye pillow and bolsters if you have them. The studio has extra yoga mats and bolsters.
