Come celebrate the changing of seasons with an empowering Goddess Yoga experience. Connect in sisterhood, ground in nature, feel energetically lighter, and embrace the energy of the Autumn Equinox!

Goddess Yoga is the art of sacred and sensual movement. This practice is a fusion of vinyasa flow, somatic and belly dance inspired movement, breath-work, and throat activation. We begin class in a circle to create connection by sharing and supporting each other as women, then move into intentional movement that supports awakening the feminine divine within.

Goddess Yoga is intended for all women and female identifying, and is perfect for all levels.

Please bring a mat, water bottle, and wear whatever feels comfortable. Looking forward to sharing this medicinal practice with you!
