As we move our way towards the shortening of the days, as the Sun and Moon reach equilibrium in the skies, we naturally feel the desire to turn our energy inwards to a more reflective state, giving thanks.
We invite you to join us as we move our bodies, calm our minds and open our hearts with a community of like minded souls to recalibrate, find balance and alignment.
