Autumn equinox: foraging and yoga
About this Event
, and a more generous refund policy.
The autumn equinox is the mid-point between the summer and winter solstices. A moment of abundance, slowing down, and enjoying all that has ripened.
Inspired by the airy, light-filled studios of Spain, this is your sanctuary to transition from summer's energy into winter’s stillness.
Look forward to:
- A guided foraging walk with Jo from Wild Revival, to gather the berries and plants for our locally sourced tea.
- Enjoy an hour of yoga inspired by the season. Gentle movement and stillness. Unwind in the stillness of a long, luxurious Savasana (final resting pose) to settle the nervous system.
- End with reflection/connection over foraged tea, gathered around the fire at the studio. The space is yours to enjoy, whether you prefer to process the practice in silence or connect with those around you.
Ease into the season, feeling inspired, replenished and rested. Suitable for beginners.
A chance to decompress, move, and breathe in a beautiful, curated setting.
Spaces are limited to keep our circle intimate. Claim your mat and connect with yourself and nature.
