11:00 AM - Opening Circle with Kira
Begin the day with an intention-setting visualisation, breathwork, and group sharing. Connect with your community, finding common ground while celebrating our differences.

12:15 PM - Self-Expansion Workshop with Cara
Unlock your potential, whether it's building confidence, advancing your career, or improving relationships. Through group coaching and mindset exercises, you'll break through barriers and gain clarity on your path forward.

1:15 PM - Lunch
Enjoy a delicious vegan, seasonal lunch. Herbal teas and water will be available throughout the day.

2:00 PM - Time Line Therapy with Cara
This NLP visualisation exercise helps release limiting beliefs and blocks that hold you back. Time Line Therapy works with the subconscious mind to create lasting change.

3:00 PM - Movement Meditation with Kira
A 30-minute, tailor-made playlist will guide you from introspective meditation to full-body movement. Experience an individual journey of release and exploration, followed by a closing circle and tarot guidance.

Kira is one of the founders of The Seaside Siblinghood, a community group based in Brighton, bringing people together through common interests such as wellbeing, spirituality and nature. She also runs her own wellbeing business called Moon and Mind. She has been organising events for over 15 years, with regular wellbeing sessions, workshops and retreats.Kira's ethos is all about connection and community by combining spirituality and psychology, to empower people to be authentic, confident and compassionate. Cara is a Life Coach, NLP Master, and Hypnotherapist who helps people build confidence and feel great about themselves. She works with clients one-on-one and also leads retreat days and circles.
